Advice and choice
We visit you, look at the house, the radiators or floor heating and the boiler room, and recommend a heat pump of the right output and type.
We help you choose the right heat pump, install it in place of your old boiler and prepare the paperwork for the Eko sklad subsidy.
We work in: Žalec, Celje and the Savinja Valley. The assessment is free, no obligation.

We visit you, look at the house, the radiators or floor heating and the boiler room, and recommend a heat pump of the right output and type.
We set up the outdoor unit and connect the system to your heating and hot water. Then we start it up, set it up and show you how to use it.
We disconnect and remove the oil, gas or wood boiler and connect the heat pump to your existing radiators or underfloor heating.
We prepare the itemised invoice and the photos that Eko sklad requires for the application.

Tell us how you heat now and what you would like.
We look at the boiler room, radiators or floor heating, the spot for the outdoor unit and the electricity supply.
You get a quote listing equipment and work, with no hidden items.
We install, start and set up the unit. You receive the documents you need for Eko sklad.
It depends on the size and insulation of your house, your heating (radiators or underfloor), how much hot water you use and the space around the house. For most existing houses an air-to-water heat pump is the simplest option, because it needs no boreholes or ground collector. We set the right output only after the on-site assessment, because a unit that is too large or too small does not work well.
The price depends on your house and system. It is affected by the output needed, the type (monobloc or split), the hot water tank, the state of the existing pipework and the work involved in removing the old boiler. That is why we do not publish flat prices. After the free assessment you get a written quote listing equipment and work. If you meet the conditions, Eko sklad refunds part of the cost.
Yes, if you meet the conditions. For a heat pump you can get a subsidy under Eko sklad's conditions, Eko sklad being the Slovenian Eco Fund, through public call 126SUB-OB26. The conditions are more favourable when the heat pump replaces an old boiler than for a first heating system. The unit must meet Eko sklad's technical requirements. Radiators and underfloor heating are not eligible costs. Eko sklad decides on approval and on the amount, so we cannot guarantee either. Conditions can change, so always check the current ones on the Eko sklad website.
You apply after installation, once the work is done, online through the eUprava portal. You attach the itemised invoice and photos of the installed unit. If you replace a boiler, you also need photos of the old boiler before removal and of the room straight after. ENSVET energy advisers or Eko sklad advisers can help you submit it. We prepare the invoice and photos the way the call requires. Note: under the call, a heat pump that is not hermetically sealed must be installed by a company registered with ARSO.
Yes, in many houses it does. A heat pump is most economical at lower water temperatures, and radiators usually need a higher temperature than underfloor heating. So during the assessment we check the size of your radiators and the heat loss of the house. Then we recommend a suitable model, a high-temperature one if needed, or replacing individual radiators that are too small. You do not need underfloor heating.
A heat pump works in an uninsulated house too, but the house needs more heat. The unit therefore has to be more powerful, and it uses more electricity. During the assessment we judge whether it makes sense to insulate first, for example the attic or the façade, or to choose a unit that will still suit the house after later insulation. In the same call, Eko sklad also subsidises façade and roof insulation of older houses.
In a monobloc unit the whole refrigerant circuit is in the outdoor unit, and pipes with heating water run into the house. This connection is usually simpler, but the water pipes must be protected from frost. In a split system, refrigerant pipes connect the outdoor and indoor units. Only a qualified installer may connect them. Which type suits you better depends on the distance to the boiler room, the space available and the spot for the outdoor unit. We advise you during the assessment.
Yes. A heating heat pump can also heat domestic hot water in a storage tank. The tank can be built into the indoor unit or stand on its own. We size it according to the number of people in the household. If you only want a heat pump for hot water, a standalone hot water heat pump is also available.
We disconnect and remove the old boiler. Removal of the old boiler is included. For the higher subsidy, Eko sklad requires that the old boiler was in use, that it is destroyed after the replacement, and that you prove this with photos. So photograph the boiler while it is still connected, and the room straight after removal. We help you with this.
You call us or send an enquiry, and we agree on a date. The assessment is free, no obligation. We look at the boiler room, radiators or floor heating, the spot for the outdoor unit and the electricity supply. Then you receive a written quote. Installation usually takes 1 to 2 days. At the end we start up and set up the unit and show you how to use it.
